Woman saves drowning man’s life
CLAYTON, PA - The daughter of a Bassmaster Elite Series tournament competitor Cliff Prince is credited with saving a man from drowning.
Roger Boston was swimming in the pool at Riverside Acres Campground on Saturday afternoon when he experienced a medical emergency. Boston lost consciousness and sank to the bottom of the pool.
Prince’s daughter, Grace Prince was in the pool area at the time and saw Boston at the bottom of the pool. Without hesitation, Grace jumped in the water and pulled Boston to the surface. With the help of bystanders Grace was able to remove Boston from the pool where he regained consciousness and is expected to make a full recovery.
The Pennsylvania State Police stated in a press release that, “Ms. Grace is credited with saving the life of Mr. Boston.”
